“Morphos” mirrors by Eugenio Carmi

A selection of five different wall mounted mirrors designed by artist Eugenio Carmi for italian furniture brand Acerbis in the 1980s, and marketed under the “Morphos” name. They are exquisite and unconventional designer pieces, and their vibrant colors and sharp geometric pattern closely echo the inspirations of the Memphis Group.

All mirrors are framed in wood, with solid areas of red, orange and black; they are preserved in very good conditions. The only signs of age are on the frames, which can be retouched or easily replaced (they would probably look killer in a brushed aluminium frame).
